Led growth, pricing and partnerships at MetroDorms, scaling high-occupancy student housing (PBSA) with sustainable returns, while developing one of the largest PBSA projects in Hong Kong. Supervised daily operations of the Causeway Bay student residence.

Led the sell-out of After The Rain, clearing over 150 remaining units within nine months and recovering more than HK$2 billion in cash flow for the Group. Planned and executed integrated ATL and BTL campaigns across digital, print, outdoor and events. Presented monthly sales performance and liquidity forecasts directly to the Chairman.
